NGEX UPDATED SHARE CAPITAL AND VOTING RIGHTS


December 31, 2014 - NGEx Resources Inc. ("NGEx" or the "Company") (TSX:NGQ, Nasdaq Stockholm:NGQ) announces in accordance with the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act the following:

As a result of the exercise of employee stock options, as at December 31, 2014, the number of issued and outstanding shares of the Company is 187,712,994 common shares with voting rights.
