Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd (“Vostok Nafta" or “The Company”) has between December 29, 2014 and January 2, 2015 repurchased 38,262 Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs), at an average price of SEK 36.71. This represents 0.05% of the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta, before the buy-backs. All repurchased SDRs will be cancelled. After the cancellation of the repurchased SDRs, the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta will be 74,094,713.
