Topdanmark now holds 11,500,000 own shares representing 10.0% of the share capital.
On 18 August 2014 (announcement No. 09/2014), Topdanmark announced that the holding of own shares was 8,010,000 shares representing 6.97% of the share capital. Since then in its interim report for Q1-Q3 2014 Topdanmark announced that the holding of own shares was 10,850,000.
In 2014 Topdanmark has bought back own shares for DKK 1,714m.
