NEW YORK, Jan. 6, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. (Nasdaq:AFSI) (the "Company" or "AmTrust") today announced that it has acquired TMI Solutions, LLC ("TMIS") for cash.

Located in Roswell, Georgia, TMIS offers monthly billed warranty solutions for a variety of consumer electronics as well as consumer protection services. TMIS's warranties are primarily distributed in conjunction with large telecommunication monthly customer billing services.
