A Council will be established for OÜ TKM Beauty, a subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS. The Articles of Association of OÜ TKM Beauty will be amended, based on a decision of the sole shareholder of OÜ TKM Beauty, which establishes the existence of a Council. The Council of OÜ TKM Beauty will include Andres Järving, Enn Kunila, Jüri Käo and Raul Puusepp. Members of the Council have been elected for a 3-year term and their powers will begin as from the entry into force of the new Articles of Association (i.e. as of making the entry into the Commercial Register).
The field of activity of OÜ TKM Beauty is the import of cosmetic products; among others, the company represents L’Occitane, Ren, Penhaligon’s London and other world-famous brands. OÜ TKM Beauty Eesti, a subsidiary of OÜ TKM Beauty, owns six retail shops operating under the brand name I.L.U. in Tallinn, Tartu and Pärnu.
