Juris Bundulis has been reelected as the Chairman of the Board of JSC “Grindeks” for another term of the office
JSC “Grindeks” informs that the Supervisory Council of the company has reelected Juris Bundulis as the Chairman of the Board for another term of the office – three years.
The reason for the reelection - expiry of the term of the office on 08 January 2015.
J. Bundulis doesn’t own shares of JSC ”Grindeks”.
The Members of the Board, Chief Finance and Administrative Officer Vadims Rabsha and Commercial Director Sergejs Batalins continue their work in the Board of JSC “Grindeks”.
