Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd (“Vostok Nafta" or “The Company”) has between January 5 and January 9, 2015 repurchased 104,221 Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs), at an average price of SEK 35.86. This represents 0.14% of the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta, before the buy-backs. All repurchased SDRs will be cancelled. After the cancellation of the repurchased SDRs, the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta will be 73,990,492.
