The time of the court session with regard to the tariff dispute between AS Tallinna Vesi and the Competition Authority has changed

On 7^th of January 2015 AS Tallinna Vesi notified its shareholders, that Tallinn District Court has appointed time for the court session with regards to the tariff dispute between AS Tallinna Vesi and the Competition Authority. The time for the court session was scheduled to take place on 30^th of January 2015.

AS Tallinna Vesi informs its shareholders that Tallinn District Court has approved the Competition Authority’s application to change the time of the hearing. The court will start hearing the matter at a court session taking place on 28^th of January 2015.
