Alytus, Lithuania, 2015-01-13 09:33 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 12 January 2015 Company Group ALITA, AB received a notification from shareholder UAB “MINERALINIAI VANDENYS” that on 12 January 2015 the Bank of Lithuania approved the circular of the mandatory tender offer submitted by UAB “MINERALINIAI VANDENYS” with the intent to buy up the remaining ordinary registered shares of Company Group ALITA, AB at the price of EUR 1.076 (one and seventy six thousands of Euro) per share.
Company Group ALITA, AB shall announce other conditions of the tender offer and the circular approved by the Bank of Lithuania after receipt thereof from UAB “MINERALINIAI VANDENYS”.
