Simshauser and Jason Chapman as additions to its commercial finance team.

Jim Allin will lead the Triumph Commercial Finance asset based lending and commercial factoring business as Senior Vice President after the previously announced promotion of Dan Karas to Chief Lending Officer of Triumph Savings Bank, SSB.

Mark J. Simshauser will serve as Northeastern Region Manager. Located in Long Island, NY, he will be responsible for expanding Triumph's asset based lending and commercial factoring markets by supporting small to middle-market businesses throughout the Northeast and New England areas.
- Jason Chapman will serve as Regional Sales Manager. Located in Southern California, he will be responsible for expanding Triumph's equipment finance origination to transportation and construction businesses throughout the West Coast region.

Allin joins Triumph with over 30 years of experience in banking and financial services. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President at Bank of America Business Capital. Previously he served as Senior Vice President – Area Manager, RBS Business Capital at Citizens Financial Group and as Senior Vice President – Business Development Officer of Bank of America Business Capital. Allin has also served in various roles at GE Commercial Finance, Fleet Capital Corporation and The CIT Group/Business Credit, Inc. He is a member of the Commercial Finance Association, Turnaround Management Association and Association for Corporate Growth. Allin received his Master of Arts in International Management at Thunderbird School of Global Management and his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at Texas Christian University.
Simshauser joins Triumph from Michigan-based, Crestmark where he served as First Vice President with a focus on expanding its Northeast market presence. Previous to that, spanning over an active 15 year career, he has worked with a variety of commercial bank and non-bank related asset-based lending groups including Greystone Business Credit, Webster Business Credit, HSBC Business Credit and FINOVA Capital. Mark earned his Master's in Economics from Cornell University and an undergraduate degree from Fredonia State University of New York with a concentration in Business and Communications. He is active in many regional professional and credit associations including working as past co-chair of the Annual Northeast Regional TMA Conference (Saratoga Springs, NY), director of the Upstate NY and Long Island TMA, current director of the Long Island RMA and active board member of many northeast US manufacturing associations in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
Chapman joins Triumph with over 18 years of experience in the equipment finance industry. Prior to joining Triumph, he served as Vice President, District Sales Manager at GE Capital Solutions, where he worked directly with dealerships and fleet customers. Previously, he served as Finance and Insurance Manager at TEC of California, Inc. He has also served at CitiCapital Commercial Corp. as a Collection Manager and DHX, Inc. as a Credit and Collection Manager. Chapman received his Bachelor of Science in Business-Applied Management from Azusa Pacific University.
