Financial calendar for the financial year 2015/16
Scandinavian Private Equity A/S (SPEAS) expects, during the next financial year
ending 31 January 2016, to announce the financial statements on the following
dates:

                      Annual report for the financial year
 28 April 2015        1 February 2014 - 31 January 2015


                      Interim report, Q1
 17 June 2015         1 February 2015 - 30 April 2015


                      Interim report, H1
 29 September 2015    1 February 2015 - 31 July 2015


                      Interim report, Q3
 14 December 2015     1 August 2015 - 31 October 2015


The annual general meeting will be held on Friday 29 May 2015 at 2.00pm.
Requests of items to be included on the agenda for the Annual General Meeting
must be received by the Company no later than Thursday 16 April 2015.
