(Nasdaq:TISA), a leading cloud and on premise ECM (Enterprise Content Management) and BPM (Business Process Management) solution and MIP (Mobile Imaging Platform) provider, today announced that, based on initial pre-audit results of the fourth quarter of 2014, the company believes that sales for the fourth quarter in local currencies met the Company's expectations. The Company anticipates the significant devaluation of the Euro, as well as of the British Pound and leading Asia Pacific and Latin American currencies, to impact its reporting in U.S. dollars.

Based on the Company's plans for 2015, the Company expects to continue to be profitable in all four quarters of 2015.
