DonorsChoose.org Upgrades Communications With Donation From Fidelus Technologies

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Jan 14, 2015) - Fidelus Technologies (Fidelus), a Unified Communications and Collaboration technology provider, recently donated professional services to DonorsChoose.org.

Matt Kalmenson, VP of Sales and Marketing, explained why Fidelus chose to donate their services. "At Fidelus Technologies, we relate to and are inspired by DonorsChoose.org's story and mission. We operate under 10 core values including one to 'Be passionate and make it happen,' which is evident in everything DonorsChoose.org does," Kalmenson said.

To fully deploy the solution, Fidelus assigned a professional services team including project management, engineering and adoption and evolution (training) resources.

"[The] Fidelus team went above and beyond anything I would have expected. They took our networking infrastructure and gave it a full overhaul, improving our LAN and WiFi. Their telephony work will help us collaborate between our New York and San Francisco offices with ease," said Dmitriy Likhten, Sr. Software Engineer at DonorsChoose.org.

César Bocanegra, COO at DonorsChoose.org, said, "We've been very impressed with the level of professionalism, efficiency, and expertise that Fidelus' staff members possess. We are very satisfied as they continue to aid us from start to end, from the design phase, to the implementation and training phases. We would highly recommend Fidelus to other clients."
