AS Ekspress Grupp has decided to merge AS Eesti Ajalehed and AS Delfi to one enterprise. The CEO of the merged enterprise will be Mari Liis Rüütsalu, the current CEO of AS Delfi. The formal merging process will be conducted during 2015, essentially the two companies will operate as a joint organization since 14th of January. The reason for the decision of merging two entities is the current highly integrated operation of the above companies and Ekspress Grupp’s positive experience from Lithuania where last year a local Delfi organization and a magazine publishing house were merged to one enterprise.
