Daugavpils, 2015-01-14 14:55 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- JSC “Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” informs that in accordance to the decision of extraordinary general meeting that took place on November 4, 2014 to denominate share nominal value from lats to euro, the denomination date is set on the 15th (fifteenth) day from the date of adoption of the decision by the Commercial Register of the Register of Enterprises on registration of the amendments to the Company’s Articles and entry about changes in the fixed capital of the Company.
The Articles of association are registered within Commercial registry on January 5, 2015, respectively, the denomination date is January 23, 2015.
