Сaverion provides technical maintenance for large shopping centre in Moscow, Russia

Caverion has secured a contract for technical maintenance of the shopping and entertainment centre GAGARINSKY in Moscow, Russia. Technical maintenance is provided for all building systems: heating, sanitation, ventilation, air-conditioning, cooling, electricity, information and communication, security, safety and automation systems. The contract started on January 1, 2015 and it is valid for one year at a time. The parties have agreed not to disclose the value of the contract.

The shopping centre is open for 13 hours on every day of the week and night time service readiness for emergencies is also provided by Caverion. The contract employs a total of 36 Caverion persons.

The shopping and entertainment centre GAGARINSKY is located in the centre of Moscow, near the metro station at Leninsky Prospect. The nearby location of the third ring road makes the shopping centre easily accessible for many visitors. The total area of the shopping centre is 200,000 square metres and there is also a three-level parking garage for over 2,500 cars.

Shopping and entertainment centre GAGARINSKY belongs to Caverion’s Real Estate Users client segment.
