1. On 08 January 2015, Wellington Management Company LLP, Wilmington,
Delaware, United States, has informed us according to section 21 para. 1 of
the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that via shares its voting rights
on TOM TAILOR Holding AG, Hamburg, Germany, have exceeded the 3 % threshold
of the voting rights on 01 January 2015 and on that day amounted to 3.97 %
(this corresponds to 1,032,042 voting rights).
3.97 % of voting rights (this corresponds to 1,032,042 voting rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with section 22, para. 1, sentence
1, No. 6 of the WpHG.
Attributed voting rights are held by the following shareholder, whose share
of voting rights amounts to 3 % or more: Litman Gregory Masters
International Fund.
2. On 08 January 2015, Wellington Investment Advisors Holdings LLP,
Wilmington, Delaware, United States, has informed us according to section
21 para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on TOM TAILOR
Holding AG, Hamburg, Germany, have exceeded the 3 % threshold of the voting
rights on 01 January 2015 and on that day amounted to 3.97 % (this
corresponds to 1,032,042 voting rights).
3.97 % of voting rights (this corresponds to 1,032,042 voting rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with section 22, para. 1, sentence
1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.
Attributed voting rights are held by the following shareholder, whose share
of voting rights amounts to 3 % or more: Litman Gregory Masters
International Fund.
3. On 08 January 2015, Wellington Group Holdings LLP, Wilmington, Delaware,
United States, has informed us according to section 21 para. 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its voting rights on TOM TAILOR Holding AG, Hamburg,
Germany, have exceeded the 3 % threshold of the voting rights on 01 January
2015 and on that day amounted to 3.97 % (this corresponds to 1,032,042
voting rights).

attributed to the company in accordance with section 22, para. 1, sentence
1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.

4. On 13 January 2015, Wellington Management Group LLP, Boston,
Massachusetts, United States informed us that Wellington Management Group
LLP (Boston, Massachusetts) has already disclosed a position of 3.30 % on
28 October 2013 under its former name Wellington Management Company LLP
(Boston, Massachusetts) in TOM TAILOR Holding AG. As of 01 January 2015,
Wellington Management Company LLP has changed its name to Wellington
Management Group LLP and held a position of 1,032,042 voting rights
(equaling to 3.97 %) on that date that is attributed pursuant to section 22
(1) sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG. Furthermore, of
the total 1,032,042 voting rights, a portion of 13,267 voting rights
(equaling to 0.05 % of the total voting rights) is attributed to Wellington
Management Group LLP concurrent pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1
WpHG.
