MIFA Mitteldeutsche Fahrradwerke AG: Delisting of the shares

Sangerhausen, 15 January 2015 - The insolvency administrator of the assets
of MIFA Mitteldeutsche Fahrradwerke AG (ISIN share: DE000A0B95Y8 / WKN
share: A0B95Y; "MIFA") has today submitted an application to withdraw the
shares of MIFA from trading in the sub-segment of the Regulated Market with
follow-up obligations concerning listings (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange, and also the listing of MIFA's shares on the Regulated
Market (General Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The full
delisting of MIFA's shares is expected to become effective on 29 July 2015.
As of that date, it will no longer be possible to trade MIFA's shares on
the stock market.
