Shares subscribed for under Cramo Plc stock options 2011
A total of 161 475 Cramo Plc's new shares were subscribed for during the period between 1 October 2014 and 31 December 2014 under the company's stock option rights 2011. The entire subscription price of EUR 965 620.50 will be entered in the paid-in capital. As a result of the share subscriptions, the number of Cramo Plc shares will increase to 44 065 029.
The shares subscribed for under the stock options were registered in the Trade Register on 16 January 2015, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights.
Trading in the new shares will begin on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki on 19 January 2015.
The share subscription period for stock options 2011 is between 1 October 2014 and 31 December 2015. Each stock option 2011 entitles its holder to subscribe for one share in Cramo.
