CFO to leave RaySearch

RaySearch Laboratories AB (publ.) announces that Anders Martin-Löf, Chief
Financial Officer of RaySearch, will leave the company in April to take up the
CFO post at another company. Anders will retain his responsibilities as CFO
until he leaves the company. A search for Anders’ successor is under way.

“Anders joined RaySearch in 2007 and has been our CFO since 2009. During that
period RaySearch has been transformed strategically as we have fundamentally
shifted business model, gone through a rapid international expansion and
increased our revenues several hundred per cent. Anders has played an important
role in this process and has contributed significantly to our success and to
ensure a strong position going forward. I would like to thank him for all these
years and wish him all the best for the future”, says Johan Löf, CEO of
RaySearch.
