Elektrėnai, Lithuania, 2015-01-16 15:30 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- “Lietuvos energijos gamyba”, AB (company code 302648707, registered office at Elektrinės st. 21, Elektrėnai, the Company), informs that on 16 January, 2015 Vilnius Regional Administrative Court accepted the Company’s appeal on the resolutions of the National Commission for Energy Control and Prices (the Commission) „On the approval of the components of the price on the production of the heat of “Lietuvos energijos gamyba”, AB”, dated 11/12/2015, No. O3-934 (the Resolution).
By this the Commission its sole decision approved components of the heat prices produced by the Company.
This Resolution implements the Commission’s resolution „On the approval of the recount of the components of the price on the production of the heat of “Lietuvos energijos gamyba”, AB”, dated 30/11/2014, No. O3-875. The information abou the resolution was published in the Company’s announcement on material event on 15 December, 2015.
The Company finds that these resolutions are unfounded, calculations of the Commission of the return on investment are inaccurate and contradicting the legal acts.
