Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd (“Vostok Nafta" or “The Company”) has on January 12, 2015 repurchased 19,180 Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs), at an average price of SEK 36.76. This represents 0.03% of the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta, before the buy-backs. All repurchased SDRs will be cancelled. After the cancellation of the repurchased SDRs, the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta will be 73,971,312.
