INISSION AB SUPPLEMENTS THE MANDATORY PUBLIC TENDER OFFER DOCUMENT CONCERNING THE SHARES OF INCAP CORPORATION

Inission AB ("Inission") has on 2 January 2015 published a mandatory public tender offer document in accordance with Chapter 11, Section 19 of the Finnish Securities Market Act for all the shares and securities entitling to the shares in Incap Corporation, a contract manufacturer in electronics ("Incap" or the "Company") (the "Tender Offer Document").
The Board of Directors of Incap has on 16 January 2015 published its statement concerning the public tender offer in accordance with Chapter 11, Section 13 of the Finnish Securities Market Act. The Tender Offer Document has been supplemented by including the statement of the Board of Directors of Incap as appendix F to the Tender Offer Document ("Supplement to the Tender Offer Document").
The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved the Supplement to the Tender Offer Document which shall be available at the customer service of FIM Bank Ltd, the technical arranger of the public tender offer, (email: asiakaspalvelu@fim.com, tel. + 358 9 6134 6250) and on the website of FIM Bank Ltd at www.fim.com and as well as at NASDAQ OMX Helsinki, at the address Fabianinkatu 14, 00100 Helsinki, Finland. The Supplement to the Tender Offer Document will be available in Finnish language only.
