We hereby announce that an election has been held today among the employees of RTX A/S in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to the employees’ election of Board members.
The result of the election is as below-mentioned:
- reelection of Project Manager M.Sc.E.E. Rune Strøm Jensen
- new election of Project Manager B.Sc.E.E. Kurt Heick Rasmussen
- new election of Project Manager M.Sc.E.E. Flemming Vendbjerg Andersen
Rune Strøm Jensen has been member of the Supervisory Board of RTX A/S since January 2011, and he has been employed in RTX A/S since 2004.
Kurt Heick Rasmussen is a newly elected member of the Supervisory Board, and he has been employed in RTX A/S since 2000. Flemming Vendbjerg Andersen is also a newly elected member of the Supervisory Board, and he has been employed in RTX A/S since 1999.
The elected employee representatives join the Supervisory Board after the Annual General Meeting on Monday 26 January 2015, and present employee representative Jørgen Dalby-Jakobsen leaves the Supervisory Board.
