Starting March 19, 2015, Silver will operate two daily nonstop flights between Panama City and Orlando, as well as daily nonstop service between Panama City and Tampa.

"As the airline of choice for Florida and the Bahamas, adding Panama City to our network further demonstrates Silver Airways' commitment to providing residents and travelers throughout the Sunshine State the ease and convenience of flying over driving," said Silver Airways CEO Sami Teittinen. "We look forward to providing these important links between Panama City and Central Florida, as well as connections to the many islands we fly to in the Bahamas."

"We are excited to welcome Silver Airways and offer new in-state air service to our passengers, as that is exactly what our community has been asking for," said Parker W. McClellan, Jr., executive director of the airport. "ECP continues to grow and we are looking forward to ensuring our passengers have the ability to not only travel to the rest of the world, but also the ability to easily access other destinations in our state."

"We are pleased with Florida-based Silver Airways decision to expand its service to Panama City, another prime Florida destination, beginning in March," says Phil Brown, Executive Director of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority. "Visitors and residents will welcome this nonstop convenient and quick access that links Orlando to the many offerings of Northwest Florida."

"Creating easy connectivity within Florida is great for our state residents, our tourists and our economy," said Tampa International Airport CEO Joe Lopano. "Silver Airways has been a great partner in increasing intrastate travel, and we're certain this new service between the Panhandle's Emerald Coast and the Tampa Bay area will be popular for both business and leisure flyers."

To celebrate the new service, Silver Airways is offering introductory fares from $89* (one way, including taxes and fees) through 11:59 pm EST on January 22, 2015, for travel between March 19, 2015 and May 22, 2015. For complete details, reservations and to receive email updates on Silver's special offers, visit silverairways.com.
