Nasdaq Commodities is pleased to welcome Lietuvos energijos gamyba as new Market Maker for the Latvian Electricity Price Area Differential, EPAD RIGA, contracts.

Juozas Bartlingas, CEO for Lietuvos energijos gamyba, said: “We believe that by becoming a Market Maker we can increase liquidity and transparency of the market allowing other traders to execute their sale and purchase orders at market prices. The new financial instrument will promote competition and improve electricity price offers for all market participants, including households in Lithuania and Latvia.”
