(OTCBB:BLUU) announces that it has selected Contrast Construction Company, N.V. of St. Maarten, Dutch West Indies to serve as the general contractor for its flagship Blue Water Bar & Grill™ restaurant currently under development in the pristine eco-friendly Indigo Bay development.
Blue Water's President and CEO, J. Scott Sitra, stated, "After analyzing all of the contractor bids received and weighing their strengths and weaknesses, we determined that Contrast Construction Company was the best candidate to perform the construction of our new flagship restaurant. We look forward to working with Contrast Construction to make our St. Maarten Blue Water Bar & Grill come to life on the beach at Indigo Bay." Mr. Sitra added, "Now all we are waiting on is for the Ministry of VROMI to issue the necessary building permits for us to begin construction. To this end, the revised site package has been submitted and received by the VROMI and we are simply awaiting their final approval and issuance of the required building permits."
