TDC announces that Senior Executive Vice President and Group CFO Pernille Erenbjerg has been appointed Deputy CEO & Group CFO based on extraordinary performance and results in 2014.
At the same time, TDC announces that Senior Executive Vice President Miriam Igelsø Hvidt, who is responsible for TDC HR & Stakeholder Relations, today has given in her resignation to take up a position as director of a major Danish company.
Miriam Igelsø Hvidt resigns at the latest during February 2015.
A new director of TDC HR has not, yet, been appointed but the remaining areas in TDC HR & Stakeholder Relations will refer to Pernille Erenbjerg going forward.
Until a new HR director has been found, Senior Vice President Peer Schaumburg-Müller is temporarily appointed.
