Computer Guidance Corporation Successfully Completes Service Organization Controls (SOC) - Type II Assurance Engagement For Its Hosting Services System

The engagement was performed based on the Service Organization Controls (SOC) 2, as defined by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Audit.

The completion of the SOC engagement resulted in the issuance of an unqualified opinion by the audit firm, CliftonLarsonAllen LLP as of December 19, 2014. The auditors' opinion provides assurance to users of Computer Guidance Corporation's Cloud-based Hosted eCMS ERP Solution that, as a result of rigorous testing, controls related to the security and availability of systems and protection of data were in compliance with design for the engagement period based on control objectives defined by management.
