Fairmont Hospital Announces RehabCare Partnership to Enhance Rehabilitation Services

SAN LEANDRO, Calif., Jan. 20, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fairmont Hospital, a member of Alameda Health System (AHS) specializing in care for patients with severe stroke, brain and multiple trauma injuries, today announced a five-year partnership agreement with RehabCare, a subsidiary of Kindred Healthcare, Inc., to provide for the management and development of AHS's Acute Rehabilitation Services.
