Correction of a Publication pursuant to Sect. 26 para 1 WpHG

In correction of our publication dated 6 January 2015, we hereby publish
what follows:

Deutsche Bank AG has retracted on behalf of Deutsche Asset & Wealth
Management Investment GmbH its notification of voting rights in Nordex SE
going below the 3% threshold which was published on 6 January 2015 and
dated 23 December 2014. The notification increasing above the 3% threshold
in Nordex SE submitted by Deutsche Bank AG on behalf of Deutsche Asset &
Wealth Management Investment GmbH dated 7 February 2014 and published on 11
February 2014 remains the latest notification.
