(Nasdaq:JOUT), a leading global outdoor recreation equipment company, will hold its annual shareholder meeting on February 26, 2015 beginning at 10:00 a.m. Central Time at the Company's global headquarters, located at 555 Main Street in Racine, Wisconsin. Doors will open at 9:30 a.m.

At the meeting, shareholders will: 1) elect directors for the coming year, 2) ratify the appointment of independent auditors, 3) advise on executive compensation and 4) ratify and approve the Company's amended and restated 2010 long-term stock incentive plan.
