Riga, 2015-01-22 13:59 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Supervisory Council of joint stock company “Telekom Baltija”, which operates under Triatel brand, on January 16, 2015 meeting has made changes in positions of Supervisory Council as well as in the composition of the Management Board. Gene Zolotarev is elected as chairman of the Supervisory Council and Aleksandrs Korčjomkins has become the deputy chairman of the Supervisory Council, previous chairman of the Supervisory Council Dmitrijs Krupņikovs and his deputy Andrejs Pestuns will continue their duties as members of the Supervisory Council. There were also changes made in the composition of the Management Board. Raimonds Peļņa has been recalled from the duties of the chairman of the Management Board, he is replaced by the member of the Management Board Viktors Topors and Vladimirs Torčiks is newly elected member of the Management Board.
Gene Zolotarev continues to perform duties of the sole member of the Management Board of joint stock company “Baltic Telekom”.
