Indutrade acquires Sepab Fordonsprodukter AB


Indutrade today acquired all of the shares in Sepab Fordonsprodukter AB, Sweden,
with annual sales of SEK 50 million.

With focus on commercial vehicles, Sepab develops unique products for safety,
national adaptation, efficiency and comfort in close collaboration with the
automotive industry, importers, wholesalers, bodybuilders, import harbours and
fleet owners.

Possession will be transferred today, and the company will be part of
Indutrade’s Measurement & Sensor Technology business area. The acquisition is
expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade’s earnings per share.
