When he began his career in the asset based lending/factoring industry, O'Neill quickly found an outlet for his entrepreneurial spirit. In his first half decade being in the factoring industry, he helped grow the portfolio of small and medium-sized business by 50% year on year. In addition, O'Neill specialized in the areas of accounts receivable financing and PO factoring for Government Contractors, staffing companies, importers, wholesalers and manufacturers.
