The Company will not publish the separate individual semi-annual report in accordance with § 83 section 3 of the Regulation. The Company further confirms that, pursuant to §101 section 2 of the above Regulation, it will not be publishing consolidated quarterly report for the 4-th quarter 2014 and consolidated quarterly report for the 2-nd quarter of 2015.
