Cicci is the HOA board president for the Villas of Lamplighter Village, an Associa Mid-Atlantic managed community in Warrington, Pennsylvania.
Cicci has been known to personally help homeowners in the neighborhood by doing things like arranging contractors, dealing with attorneys and township representatives or simply giving advice or sharing his knowledge about the history of the community.

Cicci is in his third term as board president for the active adult community who is supporting him in his latest quest to open the community clubhouse this year. The project was scrapped when the original home builders went bankrupt but now Cicci is working closely with the new builders, who are finishing out the neighborhood, to make sure the clubhouse is a priority.
