Den 18 februari 2013 beslutade NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB att observationsnotera aktierna i Forestlight Entertainment AB (”Bolaget”) med anledning av Bolagets pressmeddelande publicerat samma dag.
Den 27 januari 2014 publicerade Bolaget ett pressmeddelande och en kallelse till extra bolagstämma med information om förberedelser för förvärv av Wifog AB genom apportemission och byte av verksamhetsinriktning. Enligt gällande regelverk kan ett bolag noterat på First North observationsnoteras om bolaget har varit föremål för ett omvänt förvärv eller på annat sätt planerar eller har genomgått en så genomgripande förändring av verksamheten eller organisationen så att bolaget framstår som ett nytt bolag.
Med anledning av ovanstående uppdaterar NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB sitt beslut att aktierna i Forestlight Entertainment AB (FORE, ISIN-kod SE0004871978, orderboks-ID 67911) ska observationsnoteras.
On February 18, 2013, NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB decided that the shares in Forestlight Entertainment AB (the “Company”) were to receive observations status with reference to the press release issued by the Company on the same day.
On January 27, 2014, the Company issued a press release and a notice to attend an extra general meeting with information regarding preparations for an acquisition of Wifog AB by a non-cash issue of shares and change of business. The current rules of First North state that a company listed on First North can be given observation status if the company has been subject to a reverse takeover or otherwise plans to make or has been subject to an extensive change in its business or organization so that the company upon an overall assessment appears to be an entirely new company.
With reference to what is stated above, NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided to update its decision that the shares in Forestlight Entertainment AB (FORE, ISIN code SE0004871978, order book ID 67911) shall be given observation status.
