Monthly report December 2014


A total of 5.49% of the households that have their property loans with the HFF were in arrears with their loans at the end of the year. The corresponding ratio at the end of December 2013 was 7.23% and the households in arrears decreased by 24% during the year. It should be noted that similar default ratios of loans to households have the lowest gone right down below 2% in the last 20 years.

Of 46.700 homes that have loan at the HFF fund were 2.563 homes in default in the end of December 2014 and is that decrease of 980 homes from the beginning of the year.

The HFF sold 1.066 properties in 2014 oppose to 311 properties in 2013. The HFF fund owned 1.891 properties at the end of December 2014 and thereof were 924 in sales process and 875 rented out. Sales of properties went well this year, the focus will continue to decrease properties owned by the fund.
