The total number of shares and votes in Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd’s (“Vostok Nafta” or “the Company”) decreased by 893,837 in January as a result of cancellation of Swedish Depository Receipts (“SDRs”) and underlying shares repurchased in December 2014 and January 2015.
