according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on LANXESS Aktiengesellschaft, Cologne, Germany, have exceeded the
5% threshold of the Voting Rights on January 27, 2015 and on that day
amounted to 5.04% (this corresponds to 4615399 Voting Rights).
2.63% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2409400 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
2.76% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2526035 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
