The Management Board of AB Kauno Energija (hereinafter – the Company) (code – 235014830) approved on 30 January, 2015 non audited consolidated AB Kauno Energija and Company’s financial statements of the 12 months period, which ended on 31 December, 2014, prepared according to the International financial reporting standards accredited to use in European Union.
The result of Company’s activities of 12 months of the year 2014 is profit in amount of LTL 3,062 thousand (EUR – 887 thousand), turnover from sales is LTL 261,570 thousand (EUR – 75,756 thousand). The result of activities of the Group, which consists of AB Kauno Energija and its subsidiaries – UAB Pastatų Priežiūros Paslaugos (code – 300580563) and UAB Kauno Energija NT (code – 303042623) of 12 months of the year 2014 is profit in amount of LTL 3,066 thousand (EUR – 888 thousand), turnover from sales is LTL 261,539 thousand (EUR – 75,747 thousand).
EBITDA of 12 months of the year 2014 is: Company’s – LTL 25,461 thousand (EUR – 7,374 thousand), Group’s – LTL 25,499 thousand, (EUR – 7,385 thousand).
Company’s profit of 12 months of the year 2014, compared to profit of the same period of the year 2013 increased due to the change in realisable value of amounts receivable. Company’s turnover from sales of 12 months of the year 2014, compared to the same period of the year 2013 are lower at 23.2 percent due to the 5.9 percent lower amount of the heat sold: useful supplies of the heat into heat network in 12 months of the year 2014 consisted of 1.111 thousand MWh and in 12 months of the year 2013 – 1.177 thousand MWh and due to at 14,5 percent decreased average heat sales price (the average heat sales price in January – December of the year 2014 was 23.10 ct/kWh, and in January – December of the year 2013 – 27.01 ct/kWh).
