The Norwell office lost power at 8:01 AM on Tuesday, auxiliary power had the Norwell office back on line 8 seconds later and there was no interruption of network services. Miniter's insurance tracking system continued to operate and there was no interruption of compliant letter cycles, insurance placements or cancellations for force placed insurance. Regular operations were able to continue by Noon on Wednesday January 28th.
