Zealand announces a change to its Board of Directors


Copenhagen, 2015-02-02 12:39 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Copenhagen, 2 February 2015 – Zealand Pharma A/S (“Zealand”) (Nasdaq Copenhagen: ZEAL) announced today that Florian Reinaud, independent Board member and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, will step down from the Board with effect as of today.  This change is in line with Zealand’s previously communicated Board transition plans.

Florian Reinaud, who is partner at Innovation Capital, France has served on Zealand’s Board of Directors since 2010. 

New Chairman of the Remuneration Committee will be Daniel J. Ellens.
