Powell was named its newest partner effective January 1, 2015. Based in the firm's San Francisco office, Holiday Powell focuses her practice on complex business and product liability litigation. She defends a broad range of domestic and international clients in business and real estate disputes, mass torts, pharmaceutical, medical device, automotive and other product liability litigation. She is involved in all aspects of state and federal court litigation, including trials and appeals.
Highly involved in professional organizations, Holiday serves as co-chair of the Association of Defense Counsel's Litigation, Business Litigation and Law Firm Management Seminar Substantive Law Committees. In addition, she is the liaison for the Defense Research Institute's Product Liability and Women in the Law Substantive Law Committees.
