TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - February 03, 2015) - Sentry Investments ("Sentry") is pleased to announce that Sun Life Global Investments is expanding our existing partnership and launching three new Sentry sub-advised funds:
- Sun Life Sentry Global Mid Cap Fund
- Sun Life Sentry Conservative Balanced Fund
- Sun Life Sentry Infrastructure Fund
Dennis Mitchell, Executive Vice-President and Chief Investment Officer, will manage the Sun Life Sentry Global Mid Cap Fund; Michael Simpson, Senior Vice-President and Senior Portfolio Manager, and James Dutkiewicz, Chief Investment Strategist and Senior Portfolio Manager, will manage the Sun Life Sentry Conservative Balanced Fund; and Gajan Kulasingam, Portfolio Manager, will manage the Sun Life Sentry Infrastructure Fund. These investment professionals are part of a larger team at Sentry that has been widely recognized for its consistent and disciplined investment process.

Sentry first partnered with Sun Life Global Investments in 2013, as sub-advisor to the Sun Life Sentry Value Fund. The fund was included in the Sun Life Managed Income and Sun Life Managed Enhanced Income Portfolios, led by Sadiq S. Adatia, Chief Investment Officer, Sun Life Global Investments. These portfolios consist of a multi-manager, fund-of-fund platform built primarily with income-generating mutual funds. The Sun Life Managed Income Portfolios currently include investments in Sun Life Sentry Value Fund, Sentry REIT Fund and Sentry Infrastructure Fund.
