As it was published, on 2 February 2015 Šiaulių bankas AB sold the premises located on K. Donelaicio st. 60, Kaunas to the company of the SBA concern “BEI Capital” UAB.
Following the provisions of the agreement which, besides Šiaulių bankas, has been concluded by three other parties the value of the deal is confidential. The transaction executed at a price offered by the buyer acceptable to Šiaulių bankas which will not have any substantial impact on the bank’s performance result. This deal is one of the steps taken by the bank implementing its strategy to sell the assets which will not be used in its activities.
