HF2 Financial Management Inc. Releases Supplemental Financial Presentation


DENVER, Feb. 3, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- HF2 Financial Management Inc. ("HF2") (Nasdaq:HTWO), a special purpose acquisition company, announced today that it has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") a Current Report on Form 8-K which includes a Supplemental Financial Presentation with respect to its planned acquisition of a majority equity interest in ZAIS Group Parent, LLC ("ZAIS"), the sole member of ZAIS Group, LLC. HF2 previously announced on September 17, 2014 that it had entered into a definitive agreement with ZAIS with respect to this transaction. HF2 mailed proxy statements for its upcoming special meeting of stockholders on January 29, 2015, to stockholders of record as of January 26, 2015, and will hold its special meeting of stockholders to approve the proposed transaction with ZAIS and other proposals on February 19, 2015.
