30 Solutions, the European leader in installation and maintenance of new technologies, plans to hire 400 additional employees during the current calendar to be prepared for the strong growth in the key markets of digital Europe.
In France, around 300 technicians with the degree "Bac + 2" shall be hired, receiving an advanced training by the group's own training unit, "PC 30 School".
300 additional engineers in France to ensure the growth of the Group
30 Solutions is growing with average growth rates of more than 20 percent per year since its inception in 2003. For the current year its management predits further profitable growth in the double digits.
In order to maintain these growth rates, Solutions 30 is looking for additional 400 employees: 100 of them in Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Belgium and 300 in France, where about one-third of the new jobs in the Paris region and two thirds in the rest of the country.

The technicians of Solutions 30 will therefore be able to install and maintain the more and more existing digital technologies in an increasingly complex environment (Internet boxes, home automation, interacting devices, payment systems, optical fiber, etc.) while the user needs a fast and efficient support as he relies more and more an those new technologies.
