Joint Stock Company Reverta informs that Mr Kaspars Āboliņš, a member of the Supervisory Board, has submitted a letter of resignation and is not a member of the Supervisory Board as of February 1. The Supervisory Board of Reverta will continue to operate with members until election of a new SB member.
The composition of the Supervisory Board of Reverta is following – Chairman of the Supervisory Board Michael Joseph Bourke, SB members Mary Ellen Collins and Andris Ozoliņš.
Under the Articles of Association of Reverta, the Supervisory Board is elected for a period of three years.
Since 1997, Kaspars Āboliņš has worked for the State Treasury and since 2006 has been the governor thereof. Mr Āboliņš is Director of the Board of Directors of the Nordic Investment Bank and regularly works with Latvian security investors and senior officials from international financial institutions.
